Window World came to replace all of my very old windows (14 of them) on an incredibly cold day in January. There were two gentlemen and between the two, they managed to replace all of the windows in one day, and came back the next day for the flashing. They never complained about the cold, and it was definitely freezing. They were polite, explained everything they were doing as they did it or right before they did it, worked with us in moving our dogs around and out of the way, and focused on cleaning up after themselves. They were professional and did an amazing job.
The windows have held up well through a polar vortex and now, through an ice storm. I would highly recommend Window World to ANYONE looking for new or replacement windows. Great quality, great company, and great employees.

Just replaced 1/2 of my 49 yo single paned windows with windows from Window World of Madison. Can't say enough good things. From the day I contacted them to get an estimate to the day of installation everyone was great. No pressure and the windows are amazing. Looking to hopefully finish the project in 2019. Preston was an excellent sales rep to work with. He answered all of our questions and was very patient with us. We met with another company prior to Window World and they kept pressuring us and trying to get us to make a big decision after just a couple of minutes. Preston wasn’t like that at all and told us to take our time with our decisions. Lisa, the office manager, was also very easy to work with and available when we had questions about payment and window delivery! Our installers (Kirchner Crew) did a fabulous job! They were able to install our windows a few days prior to our scheduled date and they were quick, efficient, and courteous. Our place was very clean after they finished! I would highly recommend Window World of Madison and the Kirchner Crew for installation if you are looking for new, energy efficient and affordable windows.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my windows!! Have told many people about you. People have stopped that I don't even know to check them out and get your number. The KIRCHNER CREW... Jamie,Brian and Jason were wonderful!! Knew what they were doing. Helped me out. VERY PROFESSIONAL!! I just mentioned that I kept tripping over a few metal stubs and when they were through putting in the windows they filed them down for me. SUCH GREAT GUYS!! You better hope you never loss these 3!!!
